Reytech offers integrated solutions for every energy consumption point. The consumption profile of the enterprises was analyzed by installing an energy monitoring system at a total of 800 points in 100 cold storage warehouses in Turkey of one of the world's largest companies in the FMCG sector. With the optimization and load shifting suggestions, an average of 15% energy saving was achieved in these warehouses. Also, remote control and notification automation were set up by optimizing the working hours at the charging stations in the warehouses. In this way, the unit cost of the energy consumed at the charging stations has been reduced by 10%-30%, despite changing periodically. Our energy monitoring systems have been established for 10 hotels within a group of companies serving in the tourism sector and regional load profiles have been drawn according to the results of the monitoring. Transformer power changes due to seasonality or variation in demand structure are estimated and optimized on a hotel basis. With the determination of optimum transformer powers, 7% savings were achieved in electricity bills on an annual basis. Since the power draw in the hotels in the southern region approaches its peak during the summer, it has been observed that the gain rate is around 15-20% and in addition to real-time monitoring, the power change control mechanism continues to operate simultaneously in order to ensure sustainability in optimization proposals.

The current state of the compensation panels was examined by installing an energy monitoring system at 45 gas stations of one of Turkey's leading companies in the fuel distribution sector. As a result of the analyzes made, it was determined that the compensation system did not work properly in some stations and reactive penalties were incurred in the electricity bills. As a result of the measures taken and part replacements, the reactive values were taken under control. In addition, critical equipment was identified on the panels and notification automation was developed for maintenance processes. Compared to the previous year, a reactive energy cost of 440,000 TRY was avoided. The company plans to establish a solar power plant at 2 gas stations with the budget surplus.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020, every sector had a hard time planning for demand. Especially in the food sector, stock management is of great importance for the good management of product life constraints and meeting the demand. For a customer serving in the food industry, great losses were detected in electricity consumption management, especially due to the uncertainty of production and stock management due to the uncertainty of restriction periods. Efforts were made to reduce the effects of the Covid-19 outbreak on business plans by stabilizing and better estimating weekly fluctuations in electricity consumption above 20%. With real-time monitoring and alarm technologies, personnel errors caused by the unbalanced consumption profile were prevented, and energy intensity was reduced by 20% in the following months compared to the first month of the epidemic.

Energy consumption was analyzed on a device-based basis with our load study service in 15 branches of one of Turkey's most widespread restaurant businesses in Istanbul. After calculating the load distribution of the devices in the facility, a new consumption map of the facility was created. As a result of the remodeling of the consumption in refrigerator and air conditioning units, energy consumption was reduced by 6% and the peak load requirement was reduced, resulting in lower cost electricity supply. At the same time, thanks to device-based analyzes, low-efficiency devices were replaced with more efficient and workflow-appropriate devices, preventing problems that could cause interruptions in service. The amount of annual electricity savings obtained as a result of correcting the mistakes of the personnel about electricity consumption corresponds to the annual electricity consumption of a branch.

As a result of the energy monitoring conducted for our business partner, the owner of a textile production workshop, for which we offer a distributed electricity solution, it has been determined that the roof type solar power plant production and consumption profile do not match. Load shifting solutions have been created using our Load-Tech optimization platform for our customer, who has determined meeting domestic needs as the primary goal while investing in a solar power plant. With the solutions applied without harming the workflow and production capacity, the rate of use of solar energy in domestic needs has been increased from 60% to 100%. Energy costs other than solar energy were also reduced by 27% by shifting the consumption to low-priced hours. In the calculations, it was determined that the payback period of the solar energy investment was reduced by half compared to the previous consumption profile, and the company gained a competitive advantage with this solution.

Cold storages are highly suitable for solar energy systems, thanks to their wide roofs. For our solution partner, which has the largest cold storage network in Turkey, a rooftop solar power plant with a power of 334.4 kWp was first installed in its warehouse in Istanbul. The facility reduced its energy cost by not paying both unit price and distribution cost. Before the investment, the consumption profile of the facility was examined with our monitoring solutions and the power to minimize the investment payback period was determined. In addition, they have reduced their carbon emissions by producing 150 tons of CO2 less annually and are one step closer to their goal of zeroing their carbon footprint in 2030.

Optimization solutions were presented for the data center in Istanbul of the leading company in the field of Information Technologies and Network solutions. Since it is vital to provide 24/7 information flow to its customers, unplanned outages could damage the company's reputation and lead to data loss. In order to be able to manage well in the search for uninterrupted electricity supply, a 1 MW natural gas fired trigeneration facility was established. Thanks to its distributed production solution, the company got rid of distribution costs and also benefited from the cooling needed in the data center. In this company, where distributed generation and load optimization solutions are applied together, energy savings are between 15% and 20%.

In the electricity generation sector, we have been conducting our R&D activities on IIOT (Industrial Internet of Things) technologies in the field of optimized power plant maintenance, spare parts management and fuel management in all its facilities for a customer who has diversified its production resources. By using advanced technology sensor control systems, we provide the integrated control of the plant on resources, people and tools, facilitating transmission, analysis and management activities. By real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, fluid composition, material corrosion and stress measurements, preventive maintenance activities are planned and product life is increased, while a capacity utilization factor of 10% more than its competitors in the same fuel technology has been achieved.

We provide lighting management service to one of the biggest shopping malls in Bodrum. Considering the calculations we made and seasonal effects, the most suitable automation system was installed both inside the shopping center and in the car park. Thanks to the lighting used at any time as needed, the electricity costs of the enterprise due to lighting have been reduced by 20%, and at the same time, it has been able to make its own analyzes on the operating intensity rates and hours based on the lighting durations. Thanks to remote control systems and training of technical personnel on unnecessary lighting, losses due to lighting have been prevented. With the resources saved, the Load-Tech optimization platform is established in the shopping mall center, and it is aimed to double the savings with load shifting.

In our Lighting Management project for the Head Office of one of Turkey's leading power generation companies, state-of-the-art LED lighting systems, motion sensors and remote-control units were installed. The project was realized in two stages due to investment planning. While there was a reduction in electricity costs of 90,000 TRY per year in the first stage, the total amount of savings reached 130,000 TRY per year after the second installation 6 months later. The investment payback period of less than 5 years has been achieved in the project, where the total investment cost is approximately 500,000 TRY. Thanks to LED technology, which has a product life of 4.5 times longer than conventional lighting systems, a 10% decrease in total electricity costs is expected in the period after the investment payback period.

Two new cogeneration units with an installed power of 500 Kw were installed for a building of 40,000 m2 of Ankara's largest hospital group, and 8700 lighting points were renewed with LED technology. For the group that wants to reduce electricity costs and carbon emissions, building management systems were also renewed thanks to this project, reducing energy costs by 9% in the first year. Within the scope of the 10-year Energy Performance contract with the company, the operation and maintenance management activities of the system were undertaken and a performance-based business partnership was established. The project was financed by energy efficiency loan programs and the equity ratio was 15%.

We have been providing greenhouse gas emission consultancy services for 5 years to the leading coated cardboard manufacturer in Turkey and the fourth largest in Europe in terms of production capacity. As a result of our reporting and consultancy services, our customer has reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 20% and energy costs by 15%, as a result of alternative sources of energy consumption and high energy efficiency equipment suggestions. A 10-year investment and energy consumption optimization roadmap has been prepared for the company, whose strategic goals are to reset its carbon footprint until 2035. Within the scope of the “Regulation on the Monitoring of Greenhouse Gas Emissions” of a power plant that produces electricity from coal in Turkey, annual mandatory emission reports are prepared by us and submitted to the relevant ministry. In the studies conducted with the power plant R&D teams, the data obtained with the flue gas measurement sensors were analyzed. By using artificial intelligence applications in combustion adjustment, flue gas emission characteristics, combustion balance, steam temperature and boiler efficiency data are optimized. We have been providing emission reporting consultancy within the scope of ISO 14064 for 3 years to one of Turkey's largest publicly traded retail companies. As a result of the base year emission inventory analysis of the source flow and measurement points, a plan has been made to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 25% and energy intensity by 12% until 2024, and success criteria are followed through annual periodic audits.
